This program extends beyond what you eat to include other factors in your daily life that can fall out of balance and prevent you from staying on track; maybe work stress is a trigger for overeating, or lack of sleep makes you too tired to exercise. Uncovering and overcoming these obstacles is just as important as learning to eat right.
Conscious Body Health Coaching will give you the tools that enable you to rely on yourself and your decision-making skills. Your program is customized specifically for you, so you can discover what works for your unique body. Daily meal plans are not a part of this program; they rarely work long term. Instead, I will provide specific food suggestions and yummy recipes, and with my coaching, you will develop lifelong healthy habits that allow you greater flexibility than a meal plan – and that are much easier to maintain!
